The standard room that we were given was clean and reasonably spacious. The overall cleanliness of the room was good.

Nicely done renovation made for a very nice stay in a historical hotel. Free coffee, central location walkable to shops and restaurants and short shuttle ride to park. Decent pricing if u book early. Super easy checkin via text.

We stayed at the petty ranch on the 6th day of our trip around the “mighty five” loop and the copper bath was definitely a highlight of the trip. The facility was super clean, quiet and in a great location. Easy access close to several dining options and a very short drive to Zion park shuttle. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful with local recommendations.

The location in Springdale, close to Zion national park was excellent. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. Comfortable beds and new linen. The check in and check out process was very easy.

The room was wonderful, modern but fits the vibe of the area you’re staying in. The bed was really comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Springdale and Zion National Park. Parking was always available on site.

Rooms were recently renovated in terms of the decor. The property was also pretty close to the park entrance and a number of good restaurants.

Beautiful room, gorgeous toiletries, such a comfortable bed and lovely shower! Perfect location, 20 minutes walk from Zion visitor centre or shuttle bus stop is just outside the hotel.

The beds are WONDERFUL! The towels are so soft. Everything is very clean and smell amazing. The staff is so friendly and it is located in a great location in the perfect middle of the village

Room was modern, just recently renovated, really nice and pretty. we had parking just infront of our room, the room is nicely located in springfield, around the center - so we were able to walk at night to good restaurants and supermarket.
